Drugs/Warrant arrest

At about 8:56 p.m. in the 2500 block of Palos Verdes Drive North, an officer conducted a traffic stop and arrested the driver for possession of drug paraphernalia. A passenger was also arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and an outstanding warrant.

Sept. 13

Theft

Before Sept. 13 in the 1300 block of Granvia Altamira, jewelry was reported stolen.

Sept. 14

Traffic offense

At about 9:55 a.m. in the 3800 block of Palos Verdes Drive North, an officer conducted a traffic stop and arrested the driver for driving on a suspended license.

Identity theft

Before Sept. 14, a resident’s credit card information was obtained by unknown means and used to make an unauthorized withdrawal.

Identity theft

Before Sept. 15, a resident’s bank account information was obtained by unknown means and used to make an unauthorized withdrawal.

Sept. 16

Impaired driver

At about 3:21 a.m. in the 3100 block of Palos Verdes Drive West, an officer conducted a traffic stop and arrested the driver for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Sept. 17

Burglary

Between about 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. in the 1700 block of Via Estudillo, property was reported stolen.

Sept. 18

Theft-mail

Before Sept. 18 in the 1400 block of Via Zumaya, a parcel containing a new cell phone was reported stolen from a resident’s mailbox.

Sept. 4

Burglary (residential)

Between about 4 p.m. Sept. 4 and 3:10 p.m. Sept. 11 in the 28000 block of Calzada Drive, an organ, TV, dishes and TV stand were reported stolen.

Sept. 10

Burglary (vehicle)

Between about 11:30 p.m. Sept. 10 and 9:24 a.m. Sept. 11 in the 3300 block of Seaclaire Drive, an ice chest, running shoes, sunglasses, bag, wallet, dress shoes, U.S. currency, driver’s license and credit cards were reported stolen.

Sept. 11

Burglary (vehicle)

Between about 8:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. in the 32700 block of Coastsite Drive, the top of a convertible was slit and credit cards were reported stolen.

Sept. 11

Assault with a deadly weapon (vehicle)

Between about 5:30 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. at the intersection of Palos Verdes Drive South and Yacht Harbor Drive, a driver escaped in a red Chevy Silverado truck.

Sept. 12

Attempt burglary (vehicle)

Between about 1:30 p.m. Sept. 12 and 9:30 a.m. Sept. 13 in the 6800 block of Beachview Drive, a passenger door was reported pried open.

Arrests/citations

During this time, one suspect was arrested on drugs charges, one for grand theft auto, one for vehicle violations and two for outstanding warrants.

Sept. 10

Burglary (commercial)

Between about 9 p.m. Sept. 10 and 7:40 a.m. Sept. 11 in the 5300 block of Drybank Drive, a front glass door was smashed and U.S. currency was reported stolen.

Sept. 14

Petty theft/battery/vandalism

At about 1:55 p.m. in the 6100 block of Crest Road, a remote control gate opener was reported stolen.

Arrests/citations

During this time, one suspect was arrested for vehicle violations and one for an outstanding warrant.

Sept. 16

Petty theft (unlocked vehicle)

At about 5:53 p.m. in the 26300 block of Crenshaw Boulevard, a driver’s license, pouch and U.S. currency were reported stolen.
