Deputies with the Lomita Sheriff’s Station are looking for three suspects who stole a wallet out of an unlocked vehicle and made purchase at a local electronics store.

The incident occurred about 2 p.m. March 16 at Green Hills Memorial Park. The victim was attending a funeral at the location when a Hispanic male and two Hispanic females opened the female victim’s car and stole her wallet, containing various credit cards, authorities said.

About an hour later, the suspects used the victim’s credit card to make a large purchase at a Best Buy store in Torrance, deputies said in a release.

All suspects are described as 20- to 25-years old. One of the females is described as having brown hair with highlights, while the other has reddish brown hair. The male is described as having dark hair.

The suspect’s vehicle is a dark Jeep Rubicon with no front or rear plates. It was seen behind the victim’s vehicle, deputies said.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Lomita Sheriff’s Station at 310-891-3210.
