The lush green grounds at the South Coast Botanic Garden are going to get lit up this holiday season with an installation that mixes music, lights and an underwater vibe.

Tickets go on sale on Nov. 6 for a walk-through art installation called “Glow” that will take place nightly at the Garden Nov. 21 through Jan. 10.

About 10 different spots at the 87-acre venue, including the Bohannon Rose Garden, the Banyan Grove, the Desert Collection and the Living Wall, will be outfitted with light installations meant to make people feel like they’re in the ocean and rivers.

The lights will be paired with electro-pop and surf music created specifically for this exhibition.

The after dark installation will be open daily during its run except for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
